Excellence in care is our goal.
Being “good enough” is not enough. Our aim is to be exceptional. Our highly qualified teachers and therapists are dedicated to offering exceptional Christian education and therapeutic services so that our students and families receive the help they deserve.
Developmental Classroom: Birth to 6 Years
Our developmental classroom program is internationally recognized as providing some of the most individualized, special education, and therapeutic early intervention services in the world.
Each of our five classrooms has a qualified teacher, associate teacher, and a team of therapists, including a Speech Pathologist, Physical Therapist, and Occupational Therapist. Using a trans-disciplinary approach to create individualized programs for each child helps them reach developmental milestones many thought would be impossible. Dedicated volunteers work alongside our staff to ensure these programs are carried out during regular class hours.
Classes are held Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM – 1:15 PM. These classes are in session twelve months out of the year with seasonal three-week breaks. See our school calendar.

Monthly Parent Trainings
Monthly parent meetings are for any families on our waiting list or whose child is currently attending Little Light House. They were designed to support families with children with special needs and provide training to help parents and guardians become confident caregivers. Families are given resources, tools, and a chance to get hands-on training to help with their child’s development. Parent meetings occur on a monthly basis and typically last around an hour and a half allowing parents to gain support from others in our community.
This group is composed of caregivers who are touched by Little Light House in any capacity. Whether your child is enrolled in our school or you’re on the waiting list, you are part of Little Light House and are welcome to come and join our parent meetings.

Our Waitlist.
Currently, Little Light House has over 140 children on our waiting list. This typically means children wait approximately 18-24 months before enrollment in our program.
We encourage parents who want to place their child on the waiting list not to be discouraged or lose hope by this. We have services for our waiting list families, and that time frame could be less than expected. We are here for you and want to help in any way we can. Please contact us at 601-956-6131 for more information or click the button below to fill out our waitlist application. |
