The Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is a team of faith based high school leaders serving their community by planning a fundraiser to spread God's love to the Little Light House Family. Little Light House is a tuition-free Christian Developmental Center for children with special needs.
Want to Join the YAB?
Members are expected to:
- Serve LLH students with compassion and care
- Serve 20 hours in a LLH classroom
- Attend planning meetings for the YAB event
- Commit time and energy to execute a successful LLH fundraiser
- Individually raise money for our event

What is the fundraising event?
It's an Spring Fling event created for LLH families on the waitlist, alumni, and current students.
When is the Spring Fling? Do I have to be there?
April 3, 2027 - YES!! It's going to be so fun!
How many service hours do I have to fulfill?
At least 20 hours in the classroom (with the cutest kids ever), and any additional hours dedicated to planning and executing the Spring Fling.
How old do I have to be?
You must be entering 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year.
When are interviews?
March 10-12th, 2026
